Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Inc., USA; EU data centres). Technically necessary server logs are processed on each visit (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Google Maps

On the "Visit Us" page, a map from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited) can optionally be loaded. It only starts after clicking "Load Google Maps" — without this click, no connection to Google is made. Once loaded, Google transfers your IP address to servers in the USA, among other things, and may set its own cookies. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) given by the click.

Acuity Scheduling (booking calendar)

On the "Bookings" page, the booking calendar from Acuity Scheduling (Squarespace, Inc., USA) is embedded directly so bookings are possible without an extra click. Loading the page transfers technical connection data (including your IP address) to Acuity Scheduling; making a booking additionally transfers your name, email, phone number and, where applicable, payment details. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a functioning booking flow (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and/or contract performance for the booking itself (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
