Our Story
Founded in 2012, right on Nazaré beach.
Nazare Surf School is the first and only school with a physical location right on the famous Nazaré beach. All of our teachers are certified surf instructors born and raised in Nazaré. Some come from the surf and bodyboard competition scene, others were previously Nazaré lifeguards — we know this ocean well and adjust our teaching to any skill level or age.
Our school has experienced teachers who know the best surf spots in the area, and offers equipment rental and surf lessons for beginners through to competition level, in private or group settings.
